Great Start to the World Cup SL year for Tecnica and Blizzard!
Rienfried Herbst takes home the number one Spot. Winning by .2
tenths. Herbst skis on the SL Magnesium - Way to go Reinfried! -
Tecnica athlete, Manfried Pranger was 9th place. In addition to the success of Reinfried and Manfried: Finnish Ski Team veteran and Tecnica racer, Tanja Poutiainen came from behind in the second run to capture the World Cup GS opener in Solden, Austria. Her win, by .01, was her ninth career World Cup win - her 4th in GS with the others all coming in Slalom. On another note, Tecnica racer Nicole Hosp (AUT) injured her knee in the race and is out for the season.
