May 6 & 11:
Arrival in Mammoth.
Enjoy an evening cocktail social with
live enertainment where you'll meet
the team and learn the camp program
and coaching philosophy.
May 7 & 12:
Fundamental free skiing
focus along with drill progressions in GS
gate sections. After lunch Big Mountain
free ski session with coaching. Late
afternoon video analysis followed by a
recovery focused conditioning session
(blood lactate testing).
May 8 & 13:
Open GS turn shape
set towards Super-G distance (can
use SG or GS skis) the focus is on
higher speed turn shape and tactics.
After lunch Big Mountain free ski
session with coaching. Late afternoon
video analysis followed by core
conditioning and flexibility work (yoga
and pilates).
May 9 & 14:
Technical Super-G (can
use GS or SG skis) followed by a switch
over to SL skis for free drills before
Lunch. After lunch Big Mountain
free ski session with coaching. Late
afternoon video analysis and massage
treatment by licensed massage
therapist. Evening entertainment and
social, location TBD.
May 10 & 15:
GS and Slalom
training with mulitple courses for
optimal conditions and giving you the
ability to train either both or one event.
Video analysis and camp wrap up.
